Response and dispatch

How fast can you respond to a lockout in Navarre?
Most lockout calls in central Navarre and Navarre Beach are reached in under 30 minutes. Outer areas like Holley By The Sea, East Milton, or Bagdad may run 35–45 minutes. We give a realistic ETA on the initial call — no bait-and-switch arrival times.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
We charge for the service, not the time of day. Call for current pricing — we give you the quote before we dispatch, so there are no surprises when the tech arrives.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is licensed in the State of Florida (where required) and carries general liability insurance. Ask any tech for proof of license on arrival.

Lockout service

Will you damage my lock or door when picking it?
Non-destructive entry is our default. Picks, bypass tools, and air wedges open the vast majority of residential and commercial lockouts with no damage. Drilling is a last resort used only when the lock has failed mechanically or the situation requires it — and we'll tell you before we do it.
What identification do you need to open my door?
A government-issued photo ID and ability to confirm some detail about the interior of the property (for home lockouts) or registration/title for the vehicle (for car lockouts). We verify ownership on every job — it protects you and the property.

Car keys

Can you make a car key if I have zero copies?
Yes. We pull the key code from the VIN and cut and program a replacement key on-site. You'll need the vehicle title or registration and a photo ID to prove ownership. Call first and give us the year, make, and model — we'll confirm we can do it before we come out.
Can you program push-button start fobs?
Yes, for most makes and models. Some luxury and high-security vehicles require dealer-specific PIN codes — we'll tell you upfront if your vehicle is one of them. Most standard transponder and smart key vehicles are covered.

Rekeying and lock replacement

What is the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock?
Rekeying changes the internal pin configuration of the existing cylinder so only a new key works — the lock hardware stays in place. Replacing swaps out the entire lock. Rekey when the hardware is functional but you need to invalidate old keys. Replace when the hardware is damaged, worn, or you want to upgrade to a higher security grade.
Can you rekey all my locks to the same key?
Yes. Keying alike (one key for every lock on the property) is a standard rekey service. We repin each cylinder to match the same key cut.

Vacation rentals and property management

Do you service vacation rentals on Navarre Beach?
Yes. Vacation rental work — Saturday-turnover lockouts, rekeys between guests, smart lock installation for keycode management, and property management agreements — is a regular part of our Navarre Beach service. Call to discuss a maintenance schedule if you manage multiple units.

Security cameras and access control

Do you install security cameras and access control?
Yes. In addition to traditional locksmith services, we install security camera systems (wired and wireless) and access control systems (keypads, fobs, cloud-managed entry) for homes, vacation rentals, and commercial properties. Call to discuss your property and we'll design a system for it.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes. Smart lock installation is one of our most common residential and vacation rental services. We install Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and keypad smart locks and configure the app before we leave.

Coverage area

Do you service Holley By The Sea, East Milton, and other areas outside Navarre?
Yes. Our service area covers Navarre (32566), Navarre Beach (32566/32569), Holley By The Sea, East Milton (32583), Bagdad, Chumuckla, Allentown, Midway, Pace, Gulf Breeze East, Whiting Field area, and the Hwy 90 and Hwy 98 corridors. Call and give us your address — we'll tell you our estimated arrival time for that location.

Avoiding locksmith scams

How do I know if I'm talking to a real local locksmith and not a scam?
Real indicators: a specific local number you can call back, a tech who identifies themselves and shows a license on arrival, a quote given before dispatch, and a final price that matches the quote. Scam indicators: a $15 'lockout special' that becomes $300 on arrival, no license shown, a van with no markings, and a quote that's 'just an estimate.' Call us at (850) 732-8427 — we tell you the price before we leave the shop.
